Head Coach Justin DeMarco

Coach DeMarco has an extensive coaching background in the community. The 2026 season will
be the second season coaching at CDM. Justin played at Edison HS where he was a three-time
all-league player and is in the Edison Hall of Fame. He played collegiately at Cal St. Northridge
where he played third, shortstop, and second base in his career there. Coach DeMarco played
three seasons of independent professional ball following his successful college career.
Justin coached at Edison and Costa Mesa before joining us here at CDM. He was the Head
varsity coach at Costa Mesa in 2021. Coach DeMarco runs his own club program and operates a
hitting facility in Costa Mesa.
Justin enjoys spending time with his family, coaching baseball and going to the beach. A fun fact
about coach DeMarco is that he also got a varsity letter in high school for playing Soccer and
was once a part of a band playing guitar, drums and piano, and sometimes still plays keyboard or
percussion at his church.
